Halloween 2010: Seatbelts, Everyone!

My boyfriend’s sister gave me the best idea for a Halloween costume - Ms Frizzle from the children’s book series The Magic School Bus! Since Ms Frizzle’s outfits change depending on the field trip, I chose to do the Lost in Outer Space edition.
